The ADB Young Professionals Program 2027 is a structured career opportunity for talented professionals who want to build a career in international development with the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Under the ADB Young Professionals Program, selected candidates receive a fixed three-year term appointment and begin with an initial placement in an operations or operations support role at ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines. After 18 months, they move to a rotational assignment in another area of ADB, based on their career interests and organizational needs. This allows participants to gain hands-on experience with ADB’s operations, policies, procedures, and development projects while building deeper professional expertise.

The ADB YPP also offers professional development through fact-finding missions, policy studies, project execution, and a dedicated Young Professional mentorship program. • Under 32 years old at the time of joining (exceptions for PhD).
• Must be a citizen of an ADB member country.

If shortlisted, you will go through a multi-stage process:
