Applications are now open for the Brandtech Group AI for Good Scholarship 2026, a fully funded opportunity for outstanding young African leaders using artificial intelligence (AI) to solve social and environmental challenges across the continent. The scholarship will support five young innovators to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa, where they will engage with global leaders, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and fellow changemakers.

The scholarship is offered by The Brandtech Group in partnership with One Young World to recognize young people who are applying AI responsibly to create measurable impact in areas such as climate action, education, healthcare, civic engagement, and combating misinformation. As AI continues to transform industries and public services worldwide, the initiative aims to highlight African innovators who are ensuring the technology is used ethically and sustainably.

Selected scholars will receive full financial support to participate in the One Young World Summit, one of the world’s leading global gatherings for young leaders.
