1. Hold an offer for one of the eligible courses by 8 May 2026
2. Be classified as overseas for tuition purposes
3. Not already qualified equivalent to or higher than the course applied for
4. Not having previously studied abroad
5. Be self-funded (not supported by a government, research council, or charity)
6. Be permanently domiciled in a low or lower-middle-income country (World Bank classification 2025)
7. Attend full-time and begin studies in 2026

Note: The scholarship cannot be combined with other funding or deferred.
