Benefits of the DCSE Global Talent Scholarship 2026

The scholarship is available in two types (A & B):

Type A
- Full tuition fee waiver
- Monthly living allowance of IDR 2,500,000 (for those residing in Indonesia)
- Research and publication support
- Duration: 3 semesters (Master’s) or 6 semesters (Doctoral), with a 1-semester extension possible
Type B
- Full tuition fee waiver
- Research and publication support
- Duration: same as Type A
- No monthly allowance
Notes:
- Covers only individual students (no family allowance).
- Health insurance must be purchased by the student.
- Other costs, such as visa and travel, are not included.

Eligibility Criteria for the DCSE Global Talent Scholarship

For Master’s applicants

Maximum age: 35 years
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a closely related field
Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 from a recognized university
Must not already hold a Master’s degree
Proof of English proficiency
- IELTS 6
- TOEFL 550
- IBT 70
Good health (medical certificate required)

For Doctoral applicants

Maximum age: 40 years
Hold a Master’s degree in a related field
