Eligibility Criteria of Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme 2027

- Be completing an undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) by the end of 2026.
- Have less than two years of work experience in a corporate or formal work environment after completing their studies.
- Be a South African citizen by birth or naturalization, or a permanent resident.
- Citizens of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in their respective markets.
- Have obtained a minimum aggregate of 65% in completed or most recent academic results.
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7), including:
- BCom
- BSc
- BTech
- Equivalent bachelor’s qualifications
National Diploma Eligibility
A 3-year National Diploma (NQF Level 6) will be considered only in the following fields:
