The UNIV’R Scholarship Programme is a fully funded initiative for refugees, run in partnership with UNHCR and Sciences Po Paris. It allows eligible refugees to pursue a two-year Master’s degree in English or French at Sciences Po Paris, starting August/September 2026. Eligibility Criteria of the UNHCR UNIV’R scholarship
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a refugee, individually recognized by UNHCR or a State authority.
- Currently reside in a first country of asylum outside the European Union. (Resettled refugees in the EU are not eligible.)
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Have a minimum B2 level in English or French.
- Be no older than 35 years at the time of application.

Required Documents

- Academic transcripts from previous studies.
