The MTN ICT and Business Skills Training Program is a youth empowerment initiative by the MTN Foundation. It equips young Nigerian entrepreneurs with essential ICT tools and business management skills to strengthen their micro-businesses, improve efficiency, and stay competitive. The 2025 program (Phase 7) will run in 8 states of Nigeria and support young business owners through a combination of self-paced online modules, instructor-led masterclasses, and expert mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria of the MTN ICT and Business Skills Training Program

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be Nigerian citizens (male or female).
• Aged 18–35 years old.
• Own and manage a micro business operating for not more than 2 years.
• Business must be located in one of the following states:
  • Abuja
  • Bauchi
  • Bayelsa
  • Enugu
  • Ondo
  • Plateau
  • Sokoto
  • Taraba
