Eligibility Criteria
Master’s Applicants
- Must be a national of an AfDB Regional Member Country
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (related preferred)
- Experience or interest in fisheries or blue economy
- IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 80 minimum
- Under 35 years old
- Strong academic record (GPA ≥ 3.0)
PhD Applicants
- Must be from an AfDB Regional Member Country
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least one published research paper
- English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80
- Strong analytical, research & policy skills
- Experience working in multicultural settings
