Who Can Apply for the EMA Traineeship Programme 2027?
The EMA traineeship has specific nationality and education requirements. Applicants must be EU or EEA nationals.
Candidates must also meet one of the following education requirements:
- Be a recent university graduate, normally within 12 months of graduation
- Be a university student participating in Erasmus+ or a similar programme
- Be a master’s student who has fully completed a previous degree
- Be a PhD student
Applicants must have a thorough knowledge of English at C1 level and a good knowledge of another official EU language at B2 level, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Qualifications from universities outside the EU can be accepted, although EMA may verify their equivalency with EU qualifications.
