Are you a young professional who wants to strengthen your leadership skills while working with participants from across Asia? The IATSS Forum Leadership Development Program 2027 in Japan is now accepting applications from eligible Asian countries. This fully funded leadership program brings together professionals from different sectors to develop collaborative leadership, expand regional networks, and gain practical knowledge through an intensive residential program in Japan.
The IATSS Forum is designed for professionals who want to contribute to sustainable development in their countries and communities. During the eight-week program, participants engage in leadership training, lectures, workshops, field visits, discussions, and collaborative projects. The program encourages participants to exchange ideas, understand regional challenges, and build long-term professional relationships with future leaders across Asia.
Unlike academic degree programs, the IATSS Forum focuses on experiential learning and leadership development. Participants learn from experts, industry leaders, government officials, and fellow professionals while living together in an international environment. The program promotes independent thinking, teamwork, cultural understanding, and practical problem-solving.
The 2027 program will be held in two separate sessions. Applicants cannot choose which session they will attend, as assignments are determined by the organizers based on program requirements.
