Eligibility Criteria for SIIT Graduate Scholarship in Thailand

For Master’s Degree applicants

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
  • GPA of at least 2.75 (out of 4.0)
  • Or rank within the top 20% of their graduating class

For Doctoral Degree applicants

  • Must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • GPA of at least 3.50 (out of 4.0)

General Requirements

  • Good health and conduct
  • International applicants (for EFS) must not be Thai citizens
  • Applicants must not already hold another full scholarship
  • An English test score (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) is not required at application, but is needed before graduation
