What is the Global Young Leaders Program?
The GYLP is a 10-month exchange program funded by POSCO and POSTECH, designed to cultivate the next generation of global leaders. Students will:
- Take advanced academic courses at POSTECH
- Conduct winter research with faculty advisors
- Immerse themselves in Korean culture and industry
- Participate in LEAD+ leadership and cultural activities
All expenses, including flight tickets, visa fees, and living costs, are fully covered.

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year undergraduate at a POSTECH partner institution
- GPA of 3.3/4.3 or higher (or equivalent)
- English proficiency: TOEFL iBT 100, IELTS 7.5, or Duolingo 135 (students from AU, CA, IE, NZ, UK, US are exempt)
