Applications have officially opened for the Erasmus Mundus MARIHE Scholarship 2027 for international students. The Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education (MARIHE) is a fully funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s programme supported by the European Union. It offers students the opportunity to study in multiple countries, gain international experience, and earn a joint master’s degree from leading partner universities across Europe.

The MARIHE programme is designed for students who want to build careers in higher education management, education policy, research management, university leadership, and innovation. Unlike many Erasmus Mundus programmes that focus on engineering or science, MARIHE specializes in higher education systems, governance, research, quality assurance, and institutional development. Students study in different countries during the two-year programme and complete an international internship before graduation.

One of the major benefits of the Erasmus Mundus MARIHE Scholarship is its comprehensive financial support. Selected scholarship recipients receive full tuition fee coverage, a monthly living allowance, travel support, insurance, and installation assistance throughout the programme. Students who are admitted without the Erasmus Mundus scholarship also receive a tuition fee waiver, making the programme more accessible to qualified applicants from around the world.
