Eligibility Criteria for Lester B. Pearson Scholarship 2026

• You must be an international student (non-Canadian)
• Students from any country can apply
• If you went to high school in Canada as an international student, you can still apply
• You must be in your final year of high school OR have graduated after June 2025
• You need to be nominated by your school or college
• You must apply to the University of Toronto for undergraduate studies
• You cannot have started any post-secondary studies before
• You must be applying as a first-entry undergraduate student (starting fresh at U of T)

How to apply for the Lester B. Pearson Scholarship

• First, apply for an undergraduate degree program at U of T
• Ask your school to nominate you for the Lester B. Pearson Scholarship. If your school is not already participating, ask them to register. They can participate in Pearson Program by filling out this form. They should do this before October 10.
• Once you get admission to U of T, you will get a personalised link to apply for the Lester B. Pearson Scholarship Program. Then fill out the scholarship application form.
• If you are selected, you will begin your studies in Fall 2026.
